Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. E.g. Title : Weverse nickname 220705 SBS MTV 더쇼 생방송 참여 Text : [Weverse nickname / Name / Date of birth / cell phone] [Number of participants] Please note that the number of persons admitted may be subject to change and there may be no fan seating due to unavoidable on-site conditions. [Requirements] Bring everything listed below to assure participation in the event. [Confirmation of selection] Once the application is over on XG Weverse, we will announce the results and confirm your entry number. [On-Site Event Information] * Photo cards (selected randomly) will be distributed to those who attend the public broadcast of THE SHOW. * The applicant's identity must be verified before entry to the event. [Notes on Application] * Persons taller than 170cm may be restricted from entering the standing area. * If the above conditions are not met, you will not be eligible to apply for the event and will not be able to participate in the public broadcast. * You cannot apply for this event more than once (only one application per account). * If you are found to have used any unauthorized method, such as applying through an unauthorized program, applying by proxy via a monetary transaction, or applying through someone other than yourself, you may be denied admission and the results of your selection may not be recognized. [What to Bring] 1) Details of your XG Weverse channel account (to be confirmed through the Weverse app) 2) XG 2nd Single "MASCARA" Download Statement (One of the following: Melon, Genie, Bugs) + Member Information Page - Only printed items can be verified. Mobile screenshots or photos are not acceptable. 3) A recognised photo ID card. (See Below) Korean nationals: Passport (issued before December 21, 2020), resident registration card, driver's license, youth ID card (issued by resident center) Non-Korean nationals: passport, foriegn registration card For Korean passports issued after December 21, 2020, holders must present their passport and passport information certificate together to be admitted. * Expired ID cards, ID cards with insufficient information, and photos/printouts/mobile screenshots that are not actual ID cards will not be accepted. [Participation Notes] If you do not have the required items, you will not be allowed to enter the public broadcast on the day of the event and will be marked as a non-participant. If you are able to get the required items before receiving your entry number, then these can be checked and upon confirmation, you will be allowed to participate. In this situation, those missing any required items will be separated as late arrivals on site and must line up in the "Late Arrivals" queue, even if your required items have been confirmed. * Late arrivals information You will be considered late If you do not arrive at the standby line within stated time or if you are not in line when it is your turn to enter the venue. On-site staff will be coordinating the line. Please confirm your admission number and line up according to your number. E.g. If entrants are being confirmed at 8:00 a.m. → You must arrive at the line for the headcount before 8:00am sharp. → Late arrivals will be counted from 8:00am. * All participants in this broadcast must wear the admission bracelet distributed before the event. If your bracelet is damaged or lost you will be denied entry. * This event will be conducted in compliance with government quarantine guidelines. It is also subject to partial change or cancellation due to Covid or other unavoidable circumstances. * Masks will be required indoors and outdoors while the public broadcast is taking place. If you do not wear a mask, you may be denied entry. Please observe the rules in place to prevent coronavirus infection (wearing a mask, washing hands, etc.) for the event to take place safely. * Only those born before December 31, 2007 will be admitted to this event. Those born after 2008 will not be admitted, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian. * Unauthorized contact with the artists or demanding autographs is prohibited. Such behavior may result in your ineligibility for future participation in official XG events. * You must consent to the use of personal information collected during the event application, or you will not be allowed to participate. (See below) Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information - Data Collection by WEVERSE COMPANY INC. - Purpose of collection: To collect personal information to verify eligibility for participation in the XG Weverse public broadcasts. - Information to be collected: Weverse ID, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number - Retention and use period: Up until 7 days after the event finishes. * You have the right to refuse to consent to the above.
