The raffle winners will receive a ticket per person during the check-in process. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods away from your seat are strictly prohibited. 3. We recommend that you travel with plenty of time to spare as the ticket pickup process may take longer than expected. 4. The ticket cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the wristband, you will be denied admission to the event. 5. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission. 6. There is no separate storage facility at this event. When participating in the event, you must leave all your belongings, including bags, in your designated seat. 7. Hazardous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, companion animals, flower bouquets, balloons, etc. are also restricted. 8. Any equipment capable of taking photos or videos (including disposable/professional cameras and action cameras), items deemed dangerous due to sharp edges or surfaces, or any items considered unnecessary for the event (speakers, megaphones, etc.) will not be allowed. Participants carrying these items may be denied entry to the venue even if they have tickets. 9. The security staff may intervene and stop participants who attempt to join the hugging/handshake event without leaving their belongings at their seats. If participants fail to follow instructions during the event, they may be immediately escorted off the premises without warning. 10. You can give letters to the artist at the venue. Please hand your letters to the designated on-site staff for delivery. (Please note that other gifts cannot be accepted.)
