BURSTDAY PARTY ZONE - When: From Monday, May 26 to Wednesday, June 4, 2025 - Where: 5F Sounds Forest at The Hyundai Seoul - Operating Hours: Every day from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm (KST) * The advance reservation programs for the [BURSTDAY PARTY ZONE] will operate from 6 pm, Monday, May 26 (KST). * [BURSTDAY PARTY ZONE] will be closed on Friday, May 30, due to the “Macao Government Tourism Office’s Roadshow in Seoul” held at the Sounds Forest. Thank you in advance for your kind understanding. * [BURSTDAY PARTY ZONE] is open to all, except for areas that require reservations in advance. * However, we may limit admission or implement a brief waiting time to maintain a comfortable experience for all visitors during busy periods. 2. 7F Media Facade - When: From Monday, May 26 to Sunday, June 1, 2025 - Where to View: Around 5F Sounds Forest at The Hyundai Seoul - Viewing Hours: Every day at 1 pm, 4 pm, and 7 pm (KST) (approximately 10 minutes each) * The video will be played only at 7 pm on Monday, May 26 (KST). * Entry may be restricted when the space reaches capacity, for safety reasons. * Please refrain from leaning on the railing or extending cameras or other devices over the railing to take pictures or videos. [Usage Guidelines] 1. You may participate in the [BURSTDAY PARTY ZONE] advance reservation programs on the date and session you reserved via NAVER Booking. Please make sure to visit on time. Re-entry is not allowed once you exit. 2. One person may make only one reservation during the operating period. Only customers who have made a reservation can enter. Accompanying guests must make a separate reservation. 3. The ID verification for those who made a reservation will take place in front of the 5F Sounds Forest POP-UP STORE. You must present your reservation history and a physical ID (no copies or screenshots allowed). * Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport (unexpired), Youth ID (no images or screenshots) * Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Residence Card, Passport * In the case of minors without a mobile phone in their name, they must make a reservation using a guardian’s account and enter the visitor’s name and phone number. (This is an exceptional case where the visitor’s name and information can be changed. Otherwise, reservation by proxy is not allowed.) 4. You may not change your reservation (date or session) on-site. If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel it and make a new one. 5. You will not be allowed entry after the entry time for your reserved session has passed. To ensure a smooth entry process, please check the entry time in advance for your reservation, and make your visit within the designated time. 6. Depending on on-site circumstances, entry time may be delayed past your reserved time. Please note that you may have to wait on-site even if you have made a reservation in advance. 3. MD ZONE - When: From Thursday, May 29 to Wednesday, June 4, 2025 - Where: B2F Iconic Square at The Hyundai Seoul - Operating Hours: Monday to Thursday, from 10:30 am to 8 pm / Friday to Sunday, from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm (KST) [Usage Guidelines] 1. Entering the [MD ZONE] does not require prior reservation. Register on the on-site queuing system, wait for your turn, and enter. 2. The on-site entry registration may close early depending on on-site circumstances. Even those who have already registered for entry may have their entry delayed or denied, depending on the queue and on-site circumstances. 3. The on-site queuing system may not be available depending on on-site circumstances. 4. If a queue forms before the POP-UP STORE opens, the on-site queuing system will open for registration starting at 9 am (KST) in the waiting area in the subway passageway on the B2 floor of The Hyundai Seoul. This may change depending on on-site circumstances. 5. Once you register your name in the queuing system, you will receive a notification message via KakaoTalk or email. You will receive the message or email when entry becomes available, so please be sure to enter within 15 minutes after you receive the notification. Your queue reservation will be automatically canceled after 15 minutes. Please arrive on time. 6. When you enter, we will check the notification message on KakaoTalk or email. Screenshots will not be accepted. 7. We ask that only customers who have received an entry notification come to the front of the POP-UP STORE. To ensure smooth and safe entry, we ask that you comply with the guidance of the on-site staff. 8. To ensure the smooth operation of the POP-UP STORE, re-entry is not allowed once you exit. If you wish to re-enter, you will have to register your name in the queuing system again. 9. If there are any changes regarding the on-site reservations, we will notify you through the official WITHMUU X (@Withmuu_twt) channel.
