The PPULBATU <FINDING MOA> POP-UP operates on an online reservation system. Reservations will be available in two weekly rounds. Each ID may reserve one time slot per week through the designated link. 2. In accordance with the platform policy, only customers who are 14 years or older with verified IDs can make the reservation. Each reservation allows admission for one person only. 5. Customers who are under 14 years old can make the reservation with the ID of their legal guardians. 6. The staff will check your reservation confirmation page upon entry. You must show the staff your web reservation page or the app after logging in. Screenshots or images will not be accepted. 7. The reservation may close early because each session has limited capacity. In case anyone cancels their reservation, the session will automatically open again for reservation. 8. If you wish to change your reservation to another session, you can only do so for the sessions that are still open. Please be advised that you may not be able to change it because the reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis. 9. Reservations cannot be transferred or sold to others. 10. If you do not show up at your reserved time, your slot will be canceled automatically. 11. The reservation status will be updated in real time. The walk-in customers can also enter after reserving an available session in real time. [Entry Information] 1. Only customers who have made a reservation can enter. 2. You can line up in front of the store starting 10 minutes before your reservation time. Please refrain from lining up earlier to prevent congestion at the site. 3. All products may sell out early. 3. The number of items one customer can purchase may be limited depending on the product, and payment may be denied or canceled if it exceeds the limit. 4. The purchase limit for each product can be checked on-site and is subject to change depending on availability. 5. At the checkout counter, you can purchase a “PPULBATU Reusable Shopping Bag.” It is available for customers who purchase products at an additional cost. Otherwise, it cannot be purchased separately without a valid reason. 6. Cash payments are not accepted. Payments can be made by credit card or via electronic payment methods. [Exchanges and Refunds] 1. For exchanges and refunds, please bring the undamaged item, receipt, and method of payment within 7 days of making the purchase. 2. During the operating period, exchanges and refunds are available only at the store where you purchased your item. 3. After the operating period, refunds will not be available regardless of the 7-day purchase policy. 4.
