(Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise - The maximum purchase limit is subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. Please bring the product and receipt with you. * For inquiries regarding exchanges after the on-site booth operation period, please contact us by email (merch.support@hybecorp.com). * “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. 2) Refunds * Refunds are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. * We will issue a refund if you visit us with the product, receipt, and payment method. 3) Exchanges & Refunds * Exchanges or refunds will be denied in the following cases: - Products with damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer - Products showing signs of use such as contamination, body or perfume odor, or signs of being washed - Products with damage to their value to such an extent that they cannot be resold - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock.
